Return Policy:

At our company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product and issue a return authorization number.

Please note that the following conditions must be met for your return to be accepted:

  1. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  2. The product must not have been used, worn, or washed.
  3. The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the product meets our criteria, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding any shipping fees) to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your original product and issue a return authorization number. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding any shipping fees) to your original method of payment. You can then place a new order for the desired product.
