Yeah, we all know that people who set goals are more successful at making changes to their health and lifestyle. However, some do fail, maybe they lack self-motivation or perhaps rewards themselves for achieving their goals.
This is a 30-day family challenge session that starts with identifying the benefits, barriers, problem-solving and increasing opportunities of healthy eating that fit into your current family lifestyle. Then follow by setting effective healthy eating goals and rewards at your pace. Customize templates and guided worksheets will be provided.

B/ What does this session include:
- An online questionnaire (DIY)
- 140-minutes of meet-up consultation
- 1x Kick-start session

- 2x Omron body composition (For parents only)
- A digital report
C/ Both parents are encouraged to be involved in all sessions.
D/ Once payment is completed, a consultant will follow up to arrange for the sessions.
